NOIR is a mobile application that allows users to create shared photo rolls with friends. Users can take photos, invite others to contribute, and view shared memories together.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos and content you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant NOIR a non-exclusive license to store, display, and share your content with other users you have invited to your rolls.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains explicit, offensive, or harmful material
• Harasses, threatens, or harms other users

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NOIR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall NOIR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
